Cancellation And Refund Policy

1. If the cancellation is done before 1 August 2023, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
2. If the cancellation is done from 1 August 2023 to 30 November 2023, 40% amount will be refunded.
3. If the cancellation is done after 30 November 2023, no refund will be entertained.
4. If the amount is deducted more than once due to any technical reasons, 100% amount will be refunded (3.5% of transaction charges will be deducted).

1. Cancellation & refund has to be applied via email on fhno2023@gmail.com
2. The amount will be refunded only after the conclusion of the conference.
